  • To create an app that allows busy customers in large cities to place food truck orders ahead of time to avoid lines and long waits.

Project Scope:

  • Created personas defining user types, pain points, and individual needs.
  • Conducted user research via interviews and user surveys.
  • Low fidelity wireframing and planning user flow.
  • High fidelity wireframing and creating a useable prototype for review and testing.

Success Metrics:

  • Completed Google's User Experience Certificate on Coursera.
